Northwestern Information Technology will be performing maintenance on the university voice system. We will be working with our local telephone service provider to update inbound call routing redundancy for the Chicago campus. Fail-over testing will disconnect active off-campus calls to/from Northwestern's 312 area code telephone numbers. New calls can be generated after two to four seconds of the test. No other service impact is expected. Posted on

The myHR system will undergo scheduled maintenance in order to apply a required tax update. This maintenance necessitates system downtime, meaning myHR, including Self Service and Careers, will be unavailable beginning Tuesday, January 13, at 5 p.m. through approximately to 10 p.m.
What This Means
• Functionality — The system components and capabilities you currently enjoy on myHR will continue to function after the upgrade as they do now. Your user experience will be unchanged. Before logging into myHR after the update, users will need to clear their cache.
• Data Availability — During the downtime, data lookup will remain available to administrators in the myHR reporting database. All reports will remain accessible in Cognos and myHR reporting queries. Posted on
