Northwestern Information Technology will be performing maintenance on network equipment which filters traffic between the internet and campus. This work is being performed to replace this equipment with new hardware. This upgrade is expected to be non-service affecting due to the redundant nature of this equipment.
The following remote site VPN tunnel services will operate with reduced redundancy during this work: - Medill School of Journalism at 44 MONTGOMERY, SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Government Relations Office at Washington DC - NYC Alumni Office - Azure Cloud Services - Amazon Web Services - Google Cloud Service - Qatar Campus - Ricoh Print Services
Below are the remote sites that will be affected for 10-15 minutes during the posted window: - C-squared for monitoring/reporting - Facilities Connect - Parlance - Redcap/StudyTracker access through Apporto Health App - NUworkspace/Apporto - Garrette Jenzabar - EDM CDWG for Device Configuration Services
