Northwestern IT is confirming incident resolution for TeamDynamix (Service Management Platform, Service Delivery and Support). At about 14:07, Northwestern IT identified an issue where agents were unable to update tickets within the web interface. This was resolved by the vendor by 14:30. No emailed updates were lost, and all systems appear to be back to normal. We are verifying the underlying cause with the vendor, but no further interruptions are expected.
