Northwestern Information Technology will be performing software upgrades on University desktop telephones. We will be upgrading the software on these phones to resolve security vulnerabilities. Each phone will reboot multiple times over a two to three minute time frame to complete the upgrade. Telephones that are participating in active calls at the time of the upgrade will defer the upgrade until the active call is completed.
