Post-upgrade, some monitored servers that use the Solarwinds agent in passive mode are no longer communicating with the Solarwinds server. Everything else is OK, but Solarwinds is unable to get performance stats from this relatively small number of monitored servers. Northwestern University IT is currently troubleshooting the monitored servers.

The next update will be made by 10:00 AM CDT, 11/3/2026.
