Apple Mail Connectivity Issues

Identified

Northwestern Information Technology - Collaboration Services is aware of some issues for a limited number of users that have Apple Mail clients connecting to and using Exchange Web Services (EWS). Apple is also aware of this issue.

Users are asked to either use Outlook Web Access (OWA) / Webmail or setup the Mac Outlook client as a workaround until the issue is resolved.

Collaboration Services is looking into the issue and updates will be provided as they become available.
