Service has been restored to Zoom. The vendor is investigating the root cause of the global outage.

Users who are unable to connect to Zoom should reboot their machines and retry the connection.

Northwestern Information Technology has identified an issue and both Zoom Video Conferencing and Zoom Web Portal are unavailable.

While the vendor is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we have not yet received a projected resolution time. In the meantime, Northwestern Information Technology recommends using Microsoft Teams to facilitate virtual meetings.

The next update will be provided by 17:00 CDT.
