Northwestern Information Technology will be performing a test of a process to route the University's main telephone numbers (847-491-3741, 847-491-5500, 312-503-1000, 312-503-8649) to an off-campus crisis call center. This procedure may be implemented should an emergency situation affect the University.

During this test period, callers to these numbers will be routed to the crisis call center and be transferred back to the normal University automated telephone directory on request.
