The CAESAR system will undergo scheduled maintenance to upgrade the underlying PeopleTools platform and apply Critical Patch Updates, PUM image updates, and other necessary patches to enhance performance and address security vulnerabilities. This work also includes the implementation of EntraID, replacing ForgeRock.
To complete this extensive work, CAESAR will be unavailable beginning Thursday, July 10, at 5 p.m. through Saturday, July 12, at approximately 6 p.m. This timeline was selected in coordination with key business partners to minimize disruption.
What This Means • Functionality — All existing system features and capabilities in CAESAR will continue to function as expected after the upgrade. Users will need to clear their browser cache before logging in after the maintenance window. • Data Availability — While CAESAR is offline, data will not be available in the system. However, report database will remain accessible for users who rely on reporting data.
