Northwestern IT will be working with our vendor to perform regular maintenance to upgrade software with security patches on the two-way radio system on Dec 15-16, 2025. During this maintenance window, a brief service interruption of approximately 3 minutes is expected for departmental radio dispatch stations at 8:30am on Dec 16. General two-way radio coverage and operation on the Evanston and Chicago campuses will not be impacted.
