Northwestern Information Technology will be performing maintenance on the university telephone system. This work will update server software to address security vulnerabilities. During the maintenance window, the myphone.northwestern.edu and MyVoicemail.northwestern.edu web portals will not be accessible. Cisco phones will experience one to three service interruptions of approximately two minutes each.
Active calls will not be interrupted.
