SSL Certificate Updates

On Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 7:00 AM, our new Ricoh app admin will replace the current SSL/TLS certificate for the PaperCut software of Northwestern Print due to the existing certificate expiring on November 6, 2026. The certificate is for the main website (https://print.northwestern.edu) as well as the sub components of Mobility Print (https://print.northwestern.edu:9164/setup ) and Print Deploy.

There will be an approximately 5 minute service outage while the PaperCut service is restarted. Print devices connected to Northwestern Print may be offline and unavailable for usage for approximately 30 minutes during the service restart and deployment of the new certificate's thumbprint to all devices.
