The Quest Analytics Nodes will be unavailable during scheduled maintenance starting at 7:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 15th.
Service Improvements: • Better support for latest R packages and tools, improved package management, and faster performance via upgrade to R version 4.5.1 • Enhanced reliability, faster performance, and newer data exploration capabilities in RStudio environment via upgrade to RStudio version 2026.07.1
Impact on Quest Analytics Nodes Users: • Processes running on the Quest Analytics Nodes will be canceled when the maintenance begins. • Users will not be able to use RStudio, JupyterHub, or SAS Studio on the Quest Analytics Nodes during the maintenance window. • After R is upgraded to version 4.5.1, R packages should be reinstalled. Users can prepare before the maintenance by loading the R/4.5.1 module on Quest and reinstalling their packages there; see the R and RStudio on Quest page for instructions. Once maintenance is complete, those packages will be available for use on the Quest Analytics Nodes.
