WebSSO Certificate Update

Northwestern IT will be replacing the SSL certificates used by WebSSO on October 15, 2026 at 7:00 PM CDT. Applications using WebSSO Web Policy Agents may experience login failures if their agents are not configured to trust the new certificate chain. IAM is working with application owners in advance of the change to update affected configurations.
