Northwestern IT will be performing an upgrade on the university voicemail system. During this maintenance window there will be a period of ~20 minutes where transcription and email synchronization for all users will be delayed for all users as servers reboot and databases replicate. The myvoicemail.northwestern.edu portal will also be unavailable at times during the upgrade.
