The CAESAR system will undergo scheduled maintenance to upgrade the underlying PeopleTools platform and apply Critical Patch Updates, PUM image updates, and other necessary patches to enhance performance and address security vulnerabilities. This work will include PeopleTools 8.62, PUMs 35-37, FA PRP, FA POC and Security Patch Implementation, and Infrastructure Updates Starting July 10, at 3AM CDT through Saturday, July 11, at approximately 11PM CDT. This timeline was selected in coordination with key business partners to minimize disruption.
What This Means • Functionality — All existing system features and capabilities in CAESAR will continue to function as expected after the upgrade. Users will need to clear their browser cache before logging in after the maintenance window. • Data Availability — While CAESAR is offline, data will not be available in the system.
