Northwestern Information Technology will be performing maintenance on the university voice system. We will be working with our local telephone service provider to migrate our Evanston numbers to a new circuit. Once the moves are started, all numbers in the group will be unable to receive inbound off campus calls. Each number will return to service once it is migrated. The estimated time to complete the entire migration will be approximately 30 minutes. No impact to on campus or outbound calling is expected.
The work for this window will involve a small set of University critical numbers. If you have any questions about a specific telephone number, please contact the IT Service Desk at consultant@northwestern.edu or 847-491-HELP (4357).
