Microsoft Outlook experienced delays in inbound and outbound email processing earlier this morning. Email inbox updates for a small subset of users may have been delayed by up to an hour. Microsoft reports 99% of queued messages have been processed, and will complete processing all messages by 5:00 PM CDT, 8/13.
