The myHR system will undergo scheduled maintenance to upgrade the underlying technology platform and receive Critical Patch Updates and other Selective Adoption patches to address vulnerabilities. The work requires a more extensive downtime, and together with our business partners, we have the identified maintenance date for myHR. myHR will be unavailable beginning Thursday, June 25, at 5 p.m. through Saturday, June 27, at approximately 6 p.m.
What This Means • Functionality — The system components and capabilities you currently enjoy in myHR will continue to function after the upgrade as they do now. We do not expect significant changes to functionality—any functionality changes would be minimal. Before logging into myHR after the upgrade, users will need to clear their cache. • Visuals — The look and feel of each system (branding) will change minimally. • Data Availability — During the downtime, data lookup will remain available to administrators in the myHR reporting database. All reports will remain accessible in Cognos and myHR reporting queries.
