Northwestern Information Technology will be performing software upgrades on most university desktop and conference room telephones to address security vulnerabilities.

There will be a two to three minute service interruption for each phone while it is being upgraded. Telephones that are participating in active calls at the time of the upgrade will defer the upgrade until the active call is completed.
