We are currently investigating an issue affecting several SolarWinds synthetic transactions used to monitor application availability and functionality.
As part of ongoing efforts to improve our authentication environment, updates were recently made to the organization's single sign-on (SSO) platform. While the majority of services continue to operate normally, some SolarWinds synthetic transactions were configured to interact with the previous authentication workflow and are no longer functioning as expected following the change.
As a result, users may see alerts or monitoring failures associated with these transactions. At this time, the issue is limited to the monitoring checks themselves and does not necessarily indicate an outage of the underlying services.
The MMS team is actively reviewing the affected transactions and updating them to align with the current authentication process. We will continue working with service owners to restore full monitoring coverage as quickly as possible.
We will update this posting before 15:00 CDT on 07/09/2026.
